Rob is speaking today at the Dairy Event held at the NEC in Birmingham. Along with our vet from the Orchard Veterinary group in Glastonbury, he will be speaking at the Farm Health Planning Seminar. We look forward to hearing how it went!

John Higdon - Head of Dairy Operations
John is our Head of Dairy Operations, responsible for making cheese and generally keeping the dairy and staff organised. Having worked with us for what he decribes as “ten backbreaking years”, John says what he loves most about his job is making cheese using the traditional methods. When he’s finished work for the day John can be found motorbiking, enjoying time by the sea with his family or drinking lager! His favourite Brue product is our Vintage Cheddar.
