Natalie was there to see it happen, and later the Directors, Adam and Catherine joined them for a celebratory party. Emma and Craig are now on their honeymoon in Italy and the whole team at Brue Valley Farms join us in wishing them well.
Meet the team
John Higdon - Head of Dairy Operations
John is our Head of Dairy Operations, responsible for making cheese and generally keeping the dairy and staff organised. Having worked with us for what he decribes as “ten backbreaking years”, John says what he loves most about his job is making cheese using the traditional methods. When he’s finished work for the day John can be found motorbiking, enjoying time by the sea with his family or drinking lager! His favourite Brue product is our Vintage Cheddar.
