Shown the art of creating this product by friends from Italy many years ago, we produce this wonderful product which is designed for meal creations such as using in high temperature pizza ovens, as it has a high melting point.
Packed in 265g balls or diced for ease of use, our fior di latte Mozzarella has a firm following with consumers keen to source a great British Product.
