Meet the team
Simon Clapp - Production Director
Simon is our Production Director and has been working in the family business since he was in short trousers! He aims to keep everyone happy from the customers to the Brue Valley team and is also responsible for finding new customers. Simon enjoys developing new products for different markets. Outside of the business he enjoys spending time with his family, sport and shooting and says his favourite Brue product is a close call between our Mature Farmhouse Cheddar and our Farmhouse Butter.
