Our cheese is produced under the Westcountry farmhouse cheddar PDO (protected designation of origin) and our production facilities pass the rigorous standards of the British Retail Consortium as well as the individual audit requirements of our retail customers.

Soil association accreditation for the production of organic cheese.

What’s more our farm is accredited under the Red Tractor farm assurance scheme to give you complete confidence in our products – from our cows to your table.
